Barring a differing reply from a CA-Terc owner, that would seem correct.

Re: Repir Quesstion: Should I???
Thanks, the diagram helps. I think it's the distributor, there's vacuum to it, but it's not advancing. I have another distributor, but I pulled off the hoses before looking at them. There's the two places to put the hoses right next to each other, and one below them. I can't tell from the diagram, but does anyone know which two to connect the two hoses to if I don't have the HAC.
Thanks....
Thanks....

Re: Repir Quesstion: Should I???
Same AZ/CA diagram, but lower illustration - check the distributor and its lines/their connections in the lower right.
I forgot, also - does your car still have the under-hood stickers showing the pertinent emissions info? You might take a digital photo of them, stick 'em in the 'puter and clean them up - that is what I did with Goldie's, as they were wrinkled.
Once you hook up - I'd suggest buying some tubing and replace all of the tubing piece-by-piece (one at a time - ask me why...).

Re: Repir Quesstion: Should I???
Is that 3 separate diaphragms or 2 diaphragms with one vac nipple on the diaphragm closest to the dist and 2 nipples on the diaphragm that is farther out. The later situation is what I have been seeing on Terc's most often as the Standard Motor Products part # VC360 vac advance assy. is sold in that configuration for both CA and FED Terc wagons.takza wrote:I have a Cal car too...and it has 2 diaphragms...I also have 2 Fed spare dists...they have 3.My84terc wrote: I just found the vacuum diagrams in the repair section, and I have a California car.

All you'd have to do is show it that picture of your old Tercel carcass and that poor little wagon would start crying!splatterdog wrote: Or better yet. Bring it up here to the rust belt for me. I'll give it a not so good home

I loved your Wagon Lament - sounds just like HAL in 2001...but a tad more combative.
Clever! Congrats!
