I also noticed that on my (i replaced the current engine in the car, i have one on the ground.) other engine, that TDC and the cam being lined up properly, that the pully again points to way after tdc i'm gonna look at this more

Line up your marks on the timing pulley for the crank and the mark on the oil pump. AKA, the keyway for the crank pointing STRAIGHT UP and the hole for the cam lined up with the mark in the middle of the end cap.

ok so neonsport said to take it to the guys at toyota (he/she lives near where i reside atm) and i took it to the end of my driveway (bout 200 ft) and back to the parking spot i went! so now i can only think, pictures, and maybe video. where oh where can i upload my files, regualdless of size. i have no webpage or anything like that and a really cheap camera. i've been footin it way too long and the walkin takes away from my time to be workin on this beauty. plz something hehe ty

Go to http://www.photobucket.com. It's easy to use (even for a clueless person like moi). And it works with various grades of cameras - my last HP had a whopping 2.3 pixel thingies. I presume you have a way to unload the camera into the computer?
