No offense taken. Just pointing out that I did in fact know. Again, I admit I did open myself to seeming ignorant on the topic.
Never used a Toy or VW shorty, but have driven some Honda's and Acuras with them. Does make a difference.
Personally, I think the stock VW shifter in my moms Passat is plenty nice.
