There are threads on this topic. these are very tough to get removed, best home method is to drill out the rubber part with a small drill working your way around the bushing. Than drive out the center sleeve, from there you can use a hack saw to cut the outer sleeve into pieces and drive it out in pieces. you will have to bend the pieces of the outer sleeve out one small section at a time until you get them all out.

I have not tried it yet, but I would try soaking the end in old AFT overnight, heat the outside with a torch, and try to drive it out with a big hammer and the correct size drift, holding it in a vise. If that does not work I would take it to a shop with a big hydraulic press and pay them to drive it out.

I used the method Petros described. Used a press to push the rubber part out then cut the outer shell in a couple of places with a hacksaw.
One thing to note, if you go too far and cut into the control arm a little, take a round file and smooth the cut out, it'll be much less likely to break there if there isn't a sharp edge to break at.
