Transmission "Assemble" is on YouTube now
Love those Tercell 4x4 wagons but they sure suffer from road noise.

In the video I noticed you did not use gasket compound between mating surfaces were their "paper" gaskets still intact?
Seems like the surface between the main plate and main cluster cover remains kinda "sloppy" until the bell housing tightens everything up? Wouldn't that create a crappy gasket with gasket compound?

Re: Transmission "Assemble" is on YouTube now
The front (intermediate) plate joins to the main case
if you look closley at the holes in the intermediate plate you will see a set of treads in some of the holes for a bolt larger in diameter than the tranny bolts that pass thru on their way to the bell housing (transaxle) housing.
when i re-use old gasket i goop it up with non-hardening gasket maker
then i bolt the two units together using those special tapped holes
after tranny is installed to transaxle i remove those bolts and install the correct ones
that method allows me to finish a tranny and store it, maintaining a good seal
