that is awesome. Looks like studded tires, and note the late model Toyota logo on the grill.
He should be a member of this forum if he is not now. someone with handicap parking pass. when I enlarge the picture it almost looks "fuzzy" like it is made of shag carpet or something. Though that could just the be picture resolution.

That is actually a decal that is applied to the surface. A lot of the hunters have it on their 4wd trucks around here. I like it though.
