WTB Driver's Door Handle (Outside)

I broke my driver's door handle today, and a search led to this site (nice digs, by the way....very helpful).

Anybody have an exterior assembly for sale? I'm happy to pay...it's kind of inconvenient for a 6'2" dude to get in through the passenger side.

I browsed through some of this section looking for a parting out thread, but didn't see one. I did see a thread about a tercel in the Salt Lake pick-it-yourself yard. Holler if you would prefer something in trade—that yard is local to me.

Oh wow you're local! We were actually pondering driving up to SLC in the next few weeks to snag the transmission if it is good.

I don't presently have a door handle but try car-part.com

There's a junkyard an hour from me that DOES have a tercel not listed on car-part. They might ship: http://www.lonsautomotive.com/

It is an 85 Tercel but they think it is an 84 or an 87 lol.

welcome, sbxcr. just a heads up that door handles were the same for both FWD and 4wd wagons from 83-88 and hatchbacks from 83-86. any of those cars will be a suitable donor for you.

Whoa, that search/site is helpful. I've never run across it before—usually I'm able to find a forum dedicated to the specific model (have a thing for 80s 4WD Toyotas).

I might drive up this weekend and have a look at it. Let me know if you want me to check anything out or get pictures of something for you.

Somehow the Tercel in the Pick & Pull junkyard in SLC had a good driver's side handle. I'm all fixed up now.
