Don't think it's for backpacking...maybe bike, canoe, or car? Only thing that might be a problem is the lack of a rainfly.

There are several brands of these quick to put up tents...one brand made in Korea...couple at least designed in the US...they sell some in AU. Some cost 4-5Xs that much.
