haha, i didn't think about the sign off at first.

mark, have you noticed how craigslist keeps pulling up WA ads in the 'a bit further away' category when you search on the victoria listings? it's only been in recent weeks. i remember it doing it at some point in the past but it didn't last very long. i wonder why it's doing it again now.

pretty high price for not having pictures. it does not even list milage, could be worth it.

I have found a pile of receipts for repairs does not always mean it is in good condition. I had once picked up a parts car '85 Tercel that came with all of the repair documents and included the original sales paper work (some anal retentive type kept every single record for the car). It told a rather sorry tale of repeated repairs by various shops trying to fix the same problem by randomly replacing parts, the previous owner had had a heck of a time paying for the different repair shops mistakes. there was even a repair bill for a rebuilt transmission, and a replacement import crate engine, and other costly repairs over its life time. I got it for free because the rebuilt transmission had gave up the ghost and by then the car was so old they did not want to put more money into it.

Yeah. It seemed to start happening about 2 weeks ago. I guess Craigslist has changed their search results to distance regardless of what country it's in.

Ha! Mine still has the original sales receipt and a folder stuffed full of repair receipts from the 2 previous owners. -Nothing major, mostly suspension and exhaust work. They remind me why I do my own work ($600 to replace a strut, etc.).
