Looks fantastic, someone should scoop this one up. I like the decals as well.

I lived in the PNW for a few years. Cannon Beach, OR. I was amazed at all the nice, rust-free older cars running around! So envious....

This was my reaction on my first (and only trip) to Southern CA in '85. It amazed me how many '50s-'60s-early '70s cars were running around, rust-free; even those notoriously rust-prone early Civics and Accords.TominMO wrote:I was amazed at all the nice, rust-free older cars running around!
It took me a while to realize that no snow + no salt = preserved cars.
And of course, the roads were SOOO smooth, compared to our Missouri salt-ravaged pavement.

Re: 86 Tercel 4wd Hillsboro,OR
I went and had a look: nice interior, odo says 193 Kmi, but the shell and engine compartment show signs of a life on salted roads: i.e. corrosion! My guess is this is a car newly located to the PNW: the license plate sequence gives that away. Still, a runner with plenty of life left.
