Here's the ebay auction
<a href='http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... Track=true' target='_blank'>http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... ck=true</a>
There's also a load of spare parts in that trailer that may appeal to some

It's too bad you don't have any fwd tercel wagons in Europe. A fwd wagon would be the perfect donor to make a trailer. The rear end would be much lighter with no axles and differential and the IRS might even handle better. I'm sure it would weigh less than 500kg.retroloc wrote: That's MY idea !
I plan to do quite the same.
Two problems:
-tercels rust more on the tail that in the front so it's hard to find a good donnor car (and a pity to cut a good one)
-If it's heavier than 500Kg it will be quite impossible to make it street-legal (French rules)

I remember a camping caravan with driven axle...
A propeller shaft similar to farm tractors ones lead the motion to the trailer. Same axle, ratio and tire than the pulling Cournil...
[The Cournil was a fantastic crosser and a strong "worker". Many pro tools were fittable. That's why it had mechanic and hydraulic power plugs in the front and in the back. It existed with car registration and tractor registration... A kind of tractor that may reach 70Mph. A nice small monster]
It would be harder to built similar stuff on our tercels...

I could use a new set of mudflaps. Some little toe-rag nicked mine.
Does the person flogging that have another set? Or does anyone in Oz have a spare set they're willing to part with?

Great!
Now, to organise postage and payment and all that jazz...
If you send me a mail, we'll sort something out.
Thanks again...

Depends on how much he wants for them.
They'd be useful, but I'd have to Loctite them onto the car to stop the local pains-in-the-neck from stealing them...
