It also has the south American style steering wheel (JDM too perhaps?). And the '85 style emblem on the grill, but everything else says '84 at least in the pics. A very late '84 perhaps?

there is inconsistency with the steering wheels and inclinometers in the older models up here. i was excited when i bought my '84 parts car because i assumed it would have an inclinometer but it does not and obviously never did. checked the date on the door post and i forget what it is offhand but the car is definitely an '84 SR5. it does have the 'fancy' steering wheel though with the bird head on it (i think they're ugly but kind of funny). i have seen a few other old SR5's around here that do have the inclinometer so i have not figured out which ones get what.
