I bought a set of pacesetter header for the ae86 rwd: They not bad for the price (230$ shipped)! It might even fit better after installation! Hopefully! And by taking a better look at my parts car I might even consider using that one instead! It's pretty much ready for a swap, toast engine and tranny! The body and xmembers are mint, one fender ruin but got replacement part! Anyway, one will be 4wd and the other RWD! The 4wd for rallying(by removing the driveshaft I'll remain fwd and stay in a decent class, not OPEN!), ice racing(4wd), and the other RWD I think I don't have to mention why! RWD he! What more....!!!??!!! I also did the finish sanding today! Did a clay test as well before I paint and polish! Looks very good, I'm impressed!
One thing for sure it's gonna look gnarly! Need to go buy some wax and start casting on wood template that bolts on engine for length tuning! Or maybe make more non-drying clay! You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I'll post bit by bit, so far it's twice when I hit submit it throws me to the sign in page and lose everything quite annoying!
Well It's progressing faster! Ordered some carbon fiber material, it's gonna be more wait somewhere like 3 weeks! The final mold should come quite fast! I only need to do minor touch ups and make the mold! After that, wait for a package(CF) in the mail!
(Re edit)
Sign in page again, the weird thing let's me do all the work to come to nothing! Let see what the edit do?
Getting closer to the last step which is final mold and inflatable inserts! And I still need to trim the mouth section but I'll do it on the final product to have something to play with!
Please no sig in page when I hit submit, fingers crossed lol!

Re: 4AGE carbing and how to custom manifold with a low budge
I got my plug somewhat finalized, could be a little more even on the symmetry but its gonna be in the hood! Do not want to overdue it either in case of failure(don't see why it would fail but I rather a good surprise than a bad one, so I always expect the worse!). If it works to my liking, I will revise the mold!
After if I need to revise, I can cast a lot of other piece somewhat not as fragile and sandable!
I got a big stall due to a lack of confidence! But talked with one of my friend that's been working in horror movie fx and made all sorts of mold! Just different material! So he is suppose to come and help and give me pointers! I'm so scared to ruin it right now! So close to finish too! Need to mold this plug so bad! After if I need to revise, I can cast a lot of other piece somewhat not as fragile and sandable!
