White '85 SR5 in Dallas

Post by danzo »

Very rare to see one for sale here. Funny thing is that I spotted a T4 very similar to this at a Half Price Book store a few weeks ago. Passed out Mexican inside the car, most definitely not a patron of the bookstore. Saw another different white one a few months earlier - again Mexican owned. Only a matter of time before these cars hit the crusher, too bad.

Curious to see how much this car sells for, I'd be happy to take a look-see if anyone here is interested.
It's a scientific fact that in a twin engine aircraft, when one engine fails there is always enough power in the remaining engine to make it all the way to the crash site.

Nice looking Tercel, a bit high price for TX I would suspect. Might sell that good a price in Austin or Dallas perhaps.

Strange that it has the '83-84 rear wiper, it is listed as an '85. It has the radio antenna on the correct side for the '85.

Irving is a suburb of Dallas, but that price (just lowered to $1700) is too high nonetheless. Most people looking for a cheap car want to buy the newest one they can get. Even if a local wanted a T4 they wouldn't pay more than $1000 for one. I might see it if I'm out that way.
