Nice work, I will drive over to Montana and you can paint my '84 Tercel4wd (and I will bring you a 4age for your car).

:? :? Petros thanks for the comment. but color sanding and buffing this just about wore out my arms.Back to the 4age, I plan on getting a JDM engine rwd 130hp hopefuly. what would you recomend? :?

that is the costly way to go I would suspect, but that is a lot of hp for this drive train. Do you get compelete engines with all of the accessories when you get a JDM engine? How much are they? It is better I think to have "donor" car to get all of the bits and pieces you need for the conversion (or a wrecking yard with all you need nearby). A stock early 4age puts out about 112 hp IIRC, and you can find them pretty cheap from guys wanting a JDM 4age for their MR2 or RWD corolla. The 4age can be detuned effectively by using adjustable cam sprockets (brings the peak hp rpm down, and more importantly also raises the available torque in the lower rpm range, both good for our application, should also improve fuel economy some too.

Besides the EFI, wiring, and high pressure fuel system, you will need a custom flywheel if you plan on using the 4wd trans, and a custom exhaust header, or at the very least a rwd manifold with a custom made head pipe (and lots of heat shields to protect the starter, steering linkage, alternator, distributor, steering rack, master cylinder, etc.). have you been following the thread on the 4age swap? Lots of work, and even doing it yourself, not an inexpensive conversion.
