I'm just about ready to bolt my Weber down and connect everything, but before I do, I have a few final questions about proper installation. I noticed in Splatterdog's install, he connected the small vacuum line that leads to the EGR recirculation port (lower, secondary input to the intake manifold) to the base of the Weber carb. The line that I'm referring to here is circled in yellow in the photo below. To what port on the Weber does this line connect? The second photo below shows my two options for the other side of the connection.
(FYI - you may have to right click on this image to view the whole thing)
Also, What should I do with the ports circled in green and red? It's not entirely clear in Splatter's photos on pg. 1 of this posting. Any advice is appreciated.
The photo below shows the two options that I have for the Weber side of the connection. One port on this (used) carb came plugged while the other did not.

The distributor gets ported vacuum. That port only has vacuum when the throttle is opened.

Splatter - what about the port on the carb? Do I have the proper port plugged?

Just start the engine and the one with vacuum only when you crack the throttle is your port for the dist.
The yellow circled pipe I used cause it is handy and goes to the dist. The evap solenoid(green) is unused on mine.
