WHEELS AND TIRES
I would like info on the dimension of the stock 13 inch wheels. What 14 inch wheels would be compatible with the stock bolt patterns and what size 14 inch tire would be close to the 175-70-13 on the car. I have found some info on earlier posts but additional data is always welcome.

As you mentioned, there are a number of threads on this subject - takza did a pretty exhaustive one back in '04 or '05. I believe someone else did as well.
Go to Tire Rack's site - you can punch in a tire brand/model and get the specs for any size. The one closest to the stock 175-70R13 is a 175-65R14 - at least in Kumho Solus KR21.
