speedometer

Post by 6tercels »

On my 1986 manual 4wd the speedometer makes noise but only in cold weather it stops when the car is warmed up. Is cable hard to replace?

Not too bad. I would disconnect the cable at the cluster then run it to see if it's that or the cable.

BTW, do you have 6 tercels!!!????

Guess I am but a Monotercelian while Splatterdog is a Duotercelian but the originator of this thread is a Sexatercelian?

Thanks for the info. I am down to 3 running tercels. Took years but my teens managed to destroy the other three. Still got lots of parts for everyone out of them.

I managed to pick up an inclino from a junkyard a few months ago, and sold it to a guy on another forum.

I got it for 15 dollars, sold it for I think 35 or 45...
