87 t4wd manual, 4afe swaped for sale

87 toyota 4wd tercel

i am selling a 87 toyota tercel 4wd wagon
it has a 6speed manual trans with a manual transfercase
its front wheel drive when not locked in 4wd

these cars were normaly a 1.5l carberated 4cyl (3ac)
now its a 1.6 fuel injected 4cyl (4afe)
the fuel injection and engine was taken from a 1990 corolla.

the car has 179k the new motor and everything has 6k-8k
car is clean and great shape gets 24city 36 highway mpg
this was my winter car, it is a perfect winter car for flagstaff
or anywhere that gets snow will go threw anything.

also have an 83 tercel 4wd that i use for off road use,
it has a 4ac with a weber 32/36 carb (instead of the 3ac)
2-3 inch lift
off road lights and custom bumper
skid plateds
snorkel
welded rear end (fussy locker)
countless spare parts (motor,tranny,3rd member, boxes of random parts, to much to list)

this one is not pretty its all go and will go places ony quads will go and go threw mud
and anything you can find better than most lifted trucks.

this car has 280k and motor has 10-15k
it needs front wheel bearings and tie rods.

ill take any resonable offer for the 83 on its own
ill let them both go together with all the parts you want for 2000k

again need to sell asap dont want to but moving to phx and they arnt pratical for phx

Edit: I'll trade you a 1977 toyota celica fastback/hatchback for it. It has a 22r engine in it, it doesn't not run right now cuz the head warped due to an overheating issue. Just need the new head and it'd run great. It's in great condition otherwise, brand new brakes.

I can't tell by your pics what distributor setup is in the car w/ efi engine. I have a 4af (88-92 corolla) engine but the distributor goes straight out the back of the head so there would be no room for it in this model- what did you do for igniton on this setup?

Look carefully and you can make out the hole that he cut in the firewall for this. I think he's got a writeup in here somewhere... Search and ye shall find. I can't believe no one from here bought that car!
