Quick fuel pump question...

Post by GTSSportCoupe »

Hey guys,

I've got the oil leak problem around my fuel pump. It might be leaking a little fuel too (although my oil seems ok). So, I'm going to install a new one, and need to know: Do they come with all the gaskets/o-rings or whatever is needed? Or do I need to buy a gasket kit seperately?

This has probably been posted somewhere, I know I should do a search. I just don't have the time at the moment...and thought someone might be able to give me some quick help.

Thanks,

Nick

The NAPA one has 3 gaskets.

The ones I got came with two gaskets and a spacer, but the spaced did not have that little catch basin that the OEM came with. I chose to reuse the OEM and that required scraping off all the old gasket material. The OEM also gets in the way a little bit so using the supplied spacer would have been a little easier.
