seems like a lot of $$ to me ... depends on what has been replaced.. if new shocks, struts, half shafts, good brakes, and all suspensions and steering bushings, tie rod ends in good condition, no leaks etc. and not rusted out. then may be a fair price.
look under the rear wheel quarter panels for rust, this is a common place to rust and then sucks exaust smell into the vehicle. got to fix this on mine at some point but I paid $250 for my tercel and $100 for the parts car.
