Seatbelt Too High

Hey guys so I know this is a weird problem but the seatbelt in my terc won't stop digging into my neck. I just started daily driving it mostly consistently even though it still has issues, but this seatbelt is really irritating. Now I don't consider myself to be a short individual, i'm around average height, but it seems like the loop on the pillar is just obscenely high. I even adjusted my seat all the way up but no luck. The seatbelt doesn't seem to be adjustable either. :/ I'm wondering if anybody here has had the same problem or found a way to fix it. I'd rather not use one of those seatbelt covers cause it'll still be pressing against my neck.
