Emission test can be a challenge to pass but simultaneously it gives valuable information of engine condition. Emission testing gives valuable information of engine condition but fail can mean a lot of work in some cases.
I have been building new engines in another thread. A part of my motivation is emission related. I have had lately high HC values in my BEA and a very minor oil leak. Therefore, I want to rebuild good condition spare engines so my car won't fail emission testing. I will read this piece of information for sure!
