Hey all, I picked up this car a little while back. It is a 1987 SR5.
It was swapped with a 4A-FE by the forum user 83toyobeater on here several years ago
My price is $1,600. I will post it on the FB page for a little bit more next weekend if there's no interest from here.
A few quick details:
-Car is from out west. Has a little bit of rust in the back but it's overall in good shape. Especially for a vehicle that's been in Michigan for the past 7+ years.
-4A-FE is from a 1990 Geo Prizm. Was fully rebuilt when swapped. Write-ups to that thread in a link at the end of this post.
Car hasn't really been driven since late 2019/early 2020.
-203,000 on the car
-New shifter top boot, both upper and lower shifter bushings.
-Replaced a few door handles and lubed the window regulators up.
-Misc interior parts added or replaced
-New timing belt
-Recent head gasket replacement where the head was resurfaced, 3 angle valve job, new cam/crank seals at that time. (2018)
The interior is in pretty decent shape, all windows, locks, latches ECT work as they should. The tach and speedometer work, fuel gauge works. The original temp gauge is INOP but there's a functional aftermarket gauge where the radio should be.
It runs drives and shifts very well. Brakes work great and parking brake is good as well.
It's a little bit of a project currently, it needs wiper blades, a new battery, tires are a bit dry rotted, but the tread is good and they hold air. I'd recommend checking and changing all the fluids.
The car runs, drives and stops quite well and 4wd is effortless to get in/out but could use a little bit more TLC and interior cleaning.
*It also has some sort of ignition switch issue, the fuel pump does not turn on with the key, but if you send 12v to it, it'll work fine.
This issue has been fixed.

I had originally planned on getting her going and learning a bunch about the swap and hopefully performing the swap on another car in the future. But I really should just pass it on. I can continue to work on it if there's no interest but the price will go up accordingly.
I really could use the funds to paint another car and pay for some machine work on a 4A-C that's currently torn apart on my work bench.
