I'm a late responder on this topic but I want to pay my respects to Tom (ARCHINSTL), one of the keystone people of the forum. I remember him as a major contributor to the forum for many years who shared his wealth of knowledge and experience with all of us.

Maybe I shouldn't have made this post on April 1, too much tomfoolery on this date. Just a coincidence which didn't occur to me until after I posted.

I sold a young lady (with her dad's blessings) in my home town of Olive Branch a 2door 86 Tercel recently. She was rear-ended and totaled the car.
They called me asking if I'd sell Goldie. After lovin' and drivin her a few years, I passed her on to Tatum. She and her father Justin picked her up a couple days ago. I will still see her around and help keep her on the road.

Wow Toyotadude I thought we were the only mid 70s Celica AND Tercel Wagon family on here, guess there’s one other, how about that!

I love the photo of Goldie and the Celica. It looks like a beautiful fall morning, with the leaves on the ground and the leaves on the trees in the back turning red. Lovely.

I can't believe Goldie is still in such great condition. I'm jealous.

Thanks for the update, cool that it’s staying so close. If/when she looks to sell, if you’re not interested, please let me know. Thank you Mr. Foster.

Yes, I saw that. Still too pricey for me and I have my hands full.
