1981 honda prelude

Post by SirFoxx »

Been working on this old gal in the meantime while i procrastinate building the ecu for my 4agte build. Had to pick up another motor for it as the valvetrain was destroyed. Even with a wiped cam lobe and another on its way out, its actually quite fun to drive compared to the tercels.

Until you want to off-road a little bit!
Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart"

In remembrance of my friend ARCHINSTL:

T4WD augury?
"Oh, do not ask, 'What is it?' Let us go and make our visit."
T.S. Eliot - "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock"

"Now and then we had a hope that, if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be pirates."
Mark Twain

hey now, if the lowered 2wd can offroad, so can the prelude haha. Plus, thats why I have the 4wd wagon :P

btw, since the yellow one is getting parted, and the fact machine shops are running months behind, the wagon may or may not receive the 7age that was in the yellow tercel...the turbo was fun, and i would really like to put the turbo motor back in it, the 7age will get it up and running in the meantime, with the same horsepower that i was aiming for with the turbo 3a

I love the styling of the Hondas from that era. Very cool looking car, reminds me of being a kid. The Civics back then look sweet too.

thanks! i do really like the looks of it as well. even with mine being a base model, the fact that every single one came with a power sunroof is a nice touch~
