The mother load of new and used parts. MUST LOOK. 6X6
Hello fam. A long time fan of the site. Thank you to everyone for being so amazing on here.
It is with a deeply saddened heart that I believe it is time to let my project go. I really want to finish it but I don't think at this point in my life I can and it may not be the best for what I intended to use it for anyway. My hope is that someone who loves these amazing little cars as much as I will make good use of all the parts I have purchased or acquired over the past few years and past four tercels.
Ok so long story kinda short.
My plan was to build a 6X6 AL25 with a 2.9L straight 8 by coupling two 3AC engines together to travel North America. I have already traveled quite a bit with my first wagon and wanted more solar and room to stand/shower/etc. At this stage I have all the parts and started the process of grafting two wagons into one recently. I haven't started fabricating or welding anything but have the bodies waiting to be attached. Basically I cut the hatch off my first terc (1985 DLX auto that I converted to stick a few years ago from Canada) and a 1983 stick in half. If you want more info on plans/that just ask.
THE PARTS:
Two good running 3ac engines
Three 83-84 trans(one isn't shifting that I kept for parts)
Two new axles(non reman)
2-4 inclinometers
Big brake swap with cross drilled/ slotted rotors(maybe a few hundred miles on all new parts+ new wheel bearings installed In hubs)
Black interior swap
New Pathfinder rear springs
New Monroe pneumatic rear
Webber 32/36
JDM gauge cluster with quartz clock(it has like 40k km on it and no MPH)
Pretty much every used part you can thing of.
New drums
Spare pads
4x new drum shoes
8x new drum hardware
2" hub centeric wheel spacers
Box of new belts
New bushing of misc. usage
A few new clutch cables
Multiple new windshield wipers.
New wheel bearings
Almost new power steering rack
New oil filters
New bushings
Almost new clutch installed
A ton of blue plaid interior parts
Two 3.73 rear ends
Doors
Gas tanks
Fenders
Glass
Hatches
hoods
Working moon roof
A few SR5 rims
And a lot more stuff I need to take inventory on. I think I have everything for this project besides a new brake booster/ master cylinder.( Was planning on using a land cruiser or similar). Also when I say almost new I mean they have a few hundred miles on them after they were purchased new.
I'm pretty sure the bodies are heading for the great yard in the sky but I will not let any usable part go to waste.
Look forward to messaging finally messaging you guys.

I'm near Spokane, Wa. This afternoon I am going to go through my storage boxes for a better list of parts and I'll let you know afterwards.

I'm interested in the brake swap setup, drums too, the axles, maybe the parts trans. PM me with prices please. I'm out on the Kitsap Peninsula and could make a trip out there any weekend.

Interested in a rust free fuel tank and front sway bar. I won't be in Spokane for a few months though.

I'm in dire need of a transmission! I have no first gear and would really appreciate a working transmission.
I'm in Canmore, Alberta and was already planning a trip to Bremerton WA to get one. I'd gladly shave off some driving. And I'd be willing to grab the parts that Marlinh was asking for and get them to her as we've traded tercel parts in the past.
I will pm you...

May be interested in the steering rack. Mine is good but a little leaky. Unless a rebuild kit is more economical? I dunno
Maybe a fuel sending unit if it’s not worn down
no 4.10 rear end?

I need a front sway bar and will pay whatever the shipping cost is to Utah.
Also, I am interested in your Weber Carb.
Thanks

I'm interested in the heater control panel, for an AC equipped Tercel. My levers snapped off and nasty cold is coming.
