All the last carbed cars had complex vacuum diagrams. Honda was pretty bad.
Professor, my 72 Country Squire did too. Despite holes in the doors and rusty internals they all worked until the car was crushed.

Re: If you thought a Tercel's vacuum line system was bad...
honda had twice as many as the tercel because of the stratified charge fuel systems (two sets of intake runners with a lean mix barrel and a rich mix barrel in the carb). oddly honda ran identical but separate systems for each fuel circuit in parallel, with separate vac lines and sensors for each. so there are twice as many sensors as well. and toyota's use of the TVSV saved us some extra sensors, in the honda, that used similar devices, but used one separate sensor and vac line for each function, times two for the two systems. when a temp operated vac switch went bad, you would spend a lot of time isolating which one it was.
I rebuilt a 1986 Honda CRX for my daughter when she was in collage, and if it was not for the simpler Toyota systems, I would have been completely lost on the old CRX. Once I recognized what each system did, it was not so difficult to keep it straight in my mind. It did have what seemed like miles of vac lines.
