looking for the length of the lower control arm bushing sleeve

been playing with some polyurethane making some sway bar bushing,but i do not have a old sleeve to get the length of to test the squeeze on the bushings,

I would not think you would want them the same size as the rubber bushings, the PU will compress much less so it would have to be smaller. you can determine the length of the metal sleeve from the sway bar end, it is the same length as the distance to the back stop to the shoulder where the nut bottoms out.

Hey jimcrazy, if you figure it out please share the source of those bushings.

Would there be a source that anybody knows of that supplies the collar/cushion/ retainer or kit for that part?
