i was thinking about this too. i guess it depends on what kind of driving you do more of. if you are in lots of stop and go city traffic with lots of idling, advance at idle would be good. but if you primarily do longer drives with lots of cruising, than the advance would be best used then.

then again, 13* of advance might be too much for idle and cause high idle RPM. you would need to test it and see.
