2 Kicker CompVR cd10 8-ohm 10's. 150 Watt RMS, 300 Watt Max EACH.

Rear cargo area, ~4 inches from hatch, facing hatch, offcenter to passenger side.

HiFonics Brutus Super-D-Class Mono-Block Amplifier. 1200 Watt rating, 1-ohm stable.

........................

I essentially have ZERO bass without the subs, and often have them set just loud enough to fill the low end. It is capable of giving you a headache, and making young ladies rather uncomfortable.

I want 5.25's in the front and 6's in the back complemented by a pair of Alpine Type-R 12's in a professional-level Bandpass, fully amped to spec and so-on, but $$$$$$$.

So essentially, I run the 8-ohm subs in Parrallel, so the amp "sees" 4-ohms. 1200 watts @ 1 ohm, 600 @ 2, 300 @ 4, in theory. I believe the 1200 is a RMS, so that places the split power output at essentially 150x2 watts RMS. I know I can get the subs to clip, so I am capable of overpowering them, but the setup does run pretty cool.
