So the regulars here know I took my daughter to Washington DC for her high school graduation. Not terribly important to the forum but I was offered the opportunity to go see forum member rer233 in Baltimore while I was there. Up until I got to his place I would have said with confidence that I had the largest collection of T4 parts in the country! Now i'm not so sure,he has a large collection 4 runners and lot's and lot's of part's. He also has a method of bypassing the TVSV with an electric vacuum switch off of a mercedes.
rer233 is the member that successfully put a manual tranny into an auto car. He did an amazing job you can't even tell without a very close inspection.
Here are a few photo's of my visit
Anyone ever see lights in the cargo area?
or perhaps glove box light?
He gutted this car to get the "smell out"
Yes I want one of these
The next day I went to ride the world's tallest roller coaster and now I can say I know what it feels like to go from 0 to 128 mph in 3 seconds IT HURTS no goggles or glasses and we were in the front car so my eyelids were flapping like a flag in a nor'easter breaking the wind for everyone behind us!
This one is a video click on it
