That's one of the best write-ups I've seen, other than in an auto shop textbook. I've actually been looking around for parts required to replace my entire exhaust system.... Getting kind of rusty, has holes, might as well do it all at once.

The problem is knowing exactly what I'm buying.... Hard to say when you've never heard of the brand, can't see pics, etc.

My requirements are

1. Pass CA smog
2. Durable
3. Quiet

Thats about it. I don't care much for performance.

Any ideas where I can get the parts?

I've tried rockauto.com and autozone.com, looks like "walker" makes the whole exhaust system.

If you want something that will last, either get a factory exhaust or make your own. The systems you get from auto parts stores don't last very long.

I'm in the process of replacing my complete exhaust. Have some info over in the Repair questions area. Doin' it MY WAY........
