Awesome Splatter, thanks in advance for doing this! Right now I'm not quite sure what the mod entails, but hopefully this will clear up. What 7mm spacer did you use? Can I get it at my local Parts Haus?

It turns out they can only make a copy, but they need the aftermarket cam to replicate which of course does me no good. I have a loose stock cam from an '82 Tercel and suspect this may be a schmidge more agressive than our cam. Does anyone know where to get cam specs? Not surprisingly my Chilton manuals don't have this. I need to replace the cam oil seal and may just slap in the '82 cam.

I plan to embark on the carb swap next week - deejay beat me to the punch!
It's a scientific fact that in a twin engine aircraft, when one engine fails there is always enough power in the remaining engine to make it all the way to the crash site.

Only if your parts haus handles webers danzo! Can't remember where I got them but I just googled 7mm weber spacer and at least a couple pop up.

Just being nitpicky Tom. Your setup still looks better than my old 84 where I used all weber linkage and cut the cable end. Doh!
