great bunch of low cost mods! keep the ideas coming. I may have to try that air filter mod, I have one of those air filters lurking around my garage someone.

I don't understand the advantage of a cold air intake in a carbureted vehicle. So the air might be a bit more dense with a bit more oxygen, but the fuel has worse atomization with the colder air so it has a less efficient burn.
