Added 1990 2dr Tercel Steering Wheel to My 85 Wagon

Post by Sparkey »

Today I added a 1990 Tercel Coupe Steering Wheel to my 85 Wagon. I also added an Instrument Cluster that I found out of an 83 SR5 Wagon at Pick-n-Pull. So now I have a Working Tachometer and Digital Clock that I didn't have before.

Was it a certain trim of 90 Tercel? I want one of those now!

That MR2 wheel is more angular than the other one and fits in much better with our angular cars.
Now if it were only brown...

I've been trying to break up all the brown and tan in the car by adding black were I can.:-) The gauges on the pillar are oil pressure, water temperature, and Vacuum. The vacuum and oil pressure both are hooked up haven't made the time to to hook up the temperature. The triple gauge pod was mounted by drilling and tapping a couple 10-24 holes and some 10-24 allen head cap screws to hold it in place.
