So my roommate walks in yesterday "Chad there's a lot of oil underneath your car, or at least some fluid"
so I go out there and oil's coming out of the front of the engine. I'm assuming it's either a failure in the front of the oil pan gasket, or most likely the front main seal on the cam.
So what tools do I need to do the front cam seal? The FSM is incredibly vague on the subject so it looks like it'll be picture free.
The way I understand it is pretty much this:
Raise engine, remove pulleys, get old bearing out with a bearing removal tool, shove new seal/bearing in there(evenly and correctly), replace pulleys.
How far off am i? What're the tips and tricks?
While i have it up i think i'm gonna replace my engine mounts too.

you do not need to raise the engine at all to replace the front cam or crank shaft seal. Front cam seal is easy, remove front timing belt cover, remove 14mm bolt on cam sprocket and wiggle off sprocket with timing belt. Pull out the seal and carefully replace it with a new one (I seat it in with gasket sealant to help hold it in place). Than reinstall sprocket and belt, resent belt tenion.
Lower front main crank seal is much more work: remove the radiator to give you room to work, remove belts, front pulley (may need a puller), remove timing belt cover, remove belt and lower sprocket, and than replace the seal.

Yeh I need to spray it down to see exactly where the oil is coming from.
Edit after really looking at it.
My oil filter may have been loose......I'll still clean it up and see where any other leaks are coming from.

If you cannot pull the pully assy off and do not have a puller
a metal bar with two holes drilled in it will get it moving (drilled to match two of the 4 holes for the power steering pulley)
if you have power steering remove the power steering pulley (4 12mm bolts)
put the big crank pulley bolt back in but back it off several turns
install the metal bar with two longer 12mm bolts and put something between the big pulley bolt and the bar to fill the space
then tighten the bolts
same idea works on steering wheel too

oh yea
and getting the lower timing belt gear off can be tough
i busted one once trying to wedge it off with a screw driver
most of the time they come off easily but if it doesn't
spray some penetrating oil on it and let it sit for a little while
then wipe off the excess oil and warm up the gear with a propane torch
and gently pry it off
has worked every time
