Don't know if anyone has found this cup holder but it's perfect. Liquid Caddy.
Find it at liquidcaddy.com or google it for retailers. Has a bracket that goes
around the 4wd shifter knob just perfect. $10-$13.

cup holder center council
I bought a center council at walmart that has two cup holders in front, two in rear and a center slide comparment. I cut the center support so the ebrake still functions and removed the ebrake cover trim. its not perfect but it sure looks fancy and functions awesome. This center council also gives me a spot to put my arm and drive which is what I really wanted
