3A-C fed runablity issues

Working on a Tercel for a local customer/friend. Owner's name is Silas and the Tercel's name is Rhonda.
Rhonda sat for 7 or 8 years with a broken main pulley. We were able to get her started and over to my shop with a handful of driving issues.
I completed the 175k service, timing belt, waterpump ect as well as replaced the clutch/pressureplate and a number of gaskets. I also dumped out the old gas and flushed the fuel system despite her being able to drive on it.

Rhonda fires right up with factory choke working fine. Warms to running temp with no issues. She'll run from 1k to 3k rpms with no issues. Once loaded in gear or higher rpms are attempted, she falls flat.
I've checked the the vacuum lines for propper placement and leaks, adjusted the timing to proper spec and checked for adequate fuel pressure. All are good. I've gone through the FSM and run though the trouble shooting and haven't come up with a reasonable diagnosis. Floatbowl stays at a reasonable level but I'm concerned the 2ndary jet system on the carb isn't running correctly. Before I dig into the carb, I figured I'd post here since I'm wasting time and a bit stumped.
Short video for reference.

Does the distributor centrifugal advance work? With the vacuum hose(s) disconnected/plugged, rev the engine and make sure the timing advances.

Carb rebuild, it’s always the carb
Love those Tercell 4x4 wagons but they sure suffer from road noise.

I swapped an engine that had been sitting for awhile, into mine, and experienced the same kind of issue. Turned out that the stock carb jets were clogged by varnish or gunk from sitting. Cleaned out the jets and it has run fine for over 25 years.

Hope that helps.
No other vehicle that I have ever owned had a heart and soul like my 1985 Tercel SR5 4WD Wagon. :D

Any chance the exhaust is constipated? A plugged up cat can cause a big loss of power under load. john

The carb was completely filled will varnish and debris.
I scrubbed it out and got it back together in reasonable running order.

Seems to be running well enough. I think Silas has put on a maybe a thousand miles so far.
