Re: Stuck valve!
Did replacing that melted fuel line going into the evap canister help with anything at all? Mine has the exact same melted hose (wonder what causes this), I replaced it but haven't tested it out yet since I discovered my fuel pump is leaking. Now I gotta wait for my fuel pump from rock auto.NWMO wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2020 2:50 pm I found the fuel evap air hose melted and thought it was maybe the issue. After confirming good function on VSV and the air valve, I serviced the evap canister per the FSM. With nice weather and time I put it back together after lunch today to find it did not help with the issue.
Re: Stuck valve!
Sorry I didn't see this for eons,
I don't know that it changed anything as I replaced it the same time I was doing the head work. I wondered at the time if the open intake valve may have allowed pressure/heat back into the air line and created the "melting".
If I don't respond in a timely fashion, I've typically missed the reply. All, please feel free to PM me if I've missed a reply you would like.
