those hood ornaments came on some of the earliest 4wd tercels, and the rad art on the side was on some of the 2wd tercs, which this one appears to be. no idea why the 4wd's never got such a treatment. i would have loved it.

I think those hood ornaments were a dealer-installed item, and varied according to locale. I know none of STL-area Tercs ever got them way back when. I know none of the 4-5 Toy dealers I visited back then ever mentioned it as a "dealer-only" option; just the usual fabric treatment and undercoating, etc.

So I live just north of Windsor and happens to take that roof rack window rain guards and a few other things from this car it had cruse controls I'm thinking of taking and even a center console it is the nicest 2wd tercel I've ever seen plan on going back to get more who to this would like to meet them they should be near me I live in headsburg and would love to have a fellow t4wd to chat with and share our cars

that one might also have one of those elusive pull out cup holder that goes above the radio location.

The grill is unusual kinda cool.

I will check for the cup holder today will let you guys know what else I find might take some better pictures to definitely going to get the cruse control

no cup holder got the cruse control and the hood ornament was gone will add some photos soon
