Saved From The Crusher

Post by bcheesy »

Well I guess the dollar is mightier than Friday the 13th. Bend Auto Wreckers has rethought their decision to crush an '86 4WD Wagon as a direct result of interest generated from this website. I recommend talking to Carlton at (541) 382-1987 or 1-800-754-1987. You might even be able to work out a shipping arrangement.

Very cool !! it rips me up to see rust free bodies go to the crusher...and i've seen a few since i've been a member of this site, just at my regular junk yard in Nashville. I'm always keeping my eyes open for Tercs for sale in this area, but there's just not that many of them here in TN. Occasionally I will see one, and I always ask the owwner, if I see them , if they are willing to sell the car.

Maybe someone in CO or that area can help Typrus figure out how to save his car.
1984 Tercel 4wd Dlx. - 192K miles.
1985 Tercel 4wd SR5 - 185K miles (not running)
1986 Tercel 4wd Dlx - 210K miles (dd)

Only 3 to go for the whole set ! lol
