If he doesn't, I do. Also I see you have an '84 (flip- flop type mirror)- '85 and up had the fixed type. From what I've heard, it can be made to fit with modification, but not a direct bolt-on.

It's true!

Folding mirrors require some grinding so that they bolt in snug to the later model doors, but the fixed mirrors don't require any modifications if you are putting them on the early model doors.
