If by the cluster you mean the cluster with the speedometer and tachometer I know of a junk yard nearby I could get one from.
If it's the center cluster I'm not sure where to get one.

If Barm is in the US and Kozuto is in Canada, it's important to note that the bigger numbers on the speedo will be in kilometers, not miles. It would still work and have the miles but they would be printed smaller. I would find that too annoying to deal with, personally.

Yes, would definitely want a USA model with Mph being the big numbers
