WTB Working Wiper Switch

Post by The Professor »

I'd LOVE to score one of the factory adjustable intermittent wiper switches, but at this point I'll settle for a switch that still has all three speeds and self-parks the wiper arms.

Let me know what you've got, need shipped to 98008.

Thanks!

Good evening Professor,

I had a turn assembly off the parts car (83’), so I pulled the unit from my 85’ (hoping to have back on the road this weekend). The parts car unit seems to work, except int wiper and hazards, I expect it needs a good cleaning. I did notice there is one(1) additional pin in the harness on the older unit??

At any rate, I would take $25 for the working unit off my 85’ and shipping would be $18. Here are some pics:

What is involved with cleaning the part? I was hoping to find a working switch assembly in good cosmetic condition. Just want to swap parts and go, if possible.

Prof,

"I would take $25 for the working unit off my 85’"

The pictured unit off my 85' could use a little cleaning, but everything is working fine and is cosmetically ok. I will clean up the parts car unit and use it on my car.
