Looking to get a tachometer in Jenny. The speedometer must be in kilometres per hour. Thanks!

all of the speedos have both MPH and KPH, but your total miles/klms meter will read differently, you just have to know which you have.

Yes, if the big side of the dial is in kph, the odometer will read in kph, correct? Almost all cars have mph and kph, but I really don't want to squint at the inside of the dial to see how fast I'm going.

you can always convert in your head as you go. that is what I did when we spent 24 days in Greece driving a rental Golf.

not hard just knowing that 60 mph is about 100 Kph, 30 mph is about 50 kph. those two speeds are the most common driving speeds for city and hwy, QED.

Eventually I just got used to estimating distance, times and speeds in metric. for example, when I see a sign that states our destination is 180 k away, at 100 kph, it is about 1.8 hours, or 1 hour 48 min. we drove over 4000 k during the 24 days we were there, fourtuantly they drive on the same side of the road as the USA.

LBC, have you met marlinh? she's in the kootenays, not too far from nelson. she has a good stockpile of t4 parts. you might try sending her a PM to ask if she has any spare sr5 instrument clusters.

That's quite a ways away from me. Would you be interested in shipping it?
