What year is your car?
Is it an sr5?
Do you have a 110mph spedo or a 80?
I'm pritty sure their is two different spedo gears I may have on but no guarantee

Yes count # of teeth on these two gears and divide the #'s. You will prob need to put nail polish on one tooth so you know where you started

This is a 22 tooth gear is yours the same it should have a stamp?

if you have a 1985 Tercel4wd, you should have the 4.10:1 final drive, the 3.73:1 came in '83 and '84 only. Unless you changed the front and rear diff ratios for some reason.

I think the car in question is an 83

so mine looks the same....except for the 22 tooth..mine is 20 tooth. So I am thinking if I can somehow remove my gear...put it on yours....wah lah! Im back in business. Thoughts?
