parts car

Post by obeastoyota » Wed Mar 11, 2015 5:57 pm

I have 1981 2 door 2wd tercel that has the 3ac motor that runs strong and a good 4 speed transmission. I compression tested each cylinder at 180 psi. I believe that it has some of the same parts as the 4wd version. If there is any interest, I will post pictures and answer questions

If it runs fine why not sell it complete as a running car? The 1st gen Tercels are getting even rarer than the 2nd gen wagons (at least up here).

Yeah there's still demand for the 1st gen tercels as a collector's item as they are unique and getting rarer!

Where are you located?

Sorry I haven't responded- I thought I had email notifications.I would love to sell it as a whole car however, I have had no luck here in Spokane, Wa. And while the motor runs good (and the carburetor works fine), it needs both cv axles, all new struts, new strut mounts under the hood, and the rear control arms are rusted through in spots. Also the body is pretty rough and the passenger window is broken (has plexi glass instead)

to get email notifications, click on your username in the top right corner of the screen. from the drop down menu, select user control panel. at the panel, select the 'board preferences' tab. under that tab, select 'edit notification options.' here you can select email notifications for replies to threads you comment on, private messages, etc.
