After about 2 weeks of work and many 24's I've got my 1987 SR5 stripped down, the doors fixed up, and the fenders fixed up.
The front doors both needed a patch welded on and some filler to make them flush again. Water managed to get under the double-sided tape holding the side trim on.
Thankfully the rear doors didn't have any rust, so just some sanding and minor dent correction cleaned them up nice!
I'm not entirely happy with how the driver side fender turned out as about 50% of it had to be made from scratch, so hopefully I'll come across a better one soon!
The main body of the wagon also has some rusty parts that will need to be fixed too.
Under both the front driver and passenger footwells are some places that need work, The rust made it's way through the rear quarters and made some smaller holes under where the rear seat would sit, the elbow pieces that come off the main frame are both in need of work, the rear quarter panels also have some rust, and both side rockers will need to be chopped off as it's both very rusty and too thin of metal to weld.
I also managed to come across an original wagon steering wheel to replace the Lexus one the previous owner put on.
All the sound deadening has been taken out and I plan on putting in some fresh dynamat after all the main body work is done.
I also have the new rockers ready to be welded on, I got a local sheet metal shop to bend some 20 gauge up to fit the body.
I still have a lot of work ahead of me but hopefully it all pays off!
A little progress report!

Haha yeah, gotta work with what you can find sometimes.
Luckily my friend Ashley gave me her factory wheel from her AE86 when she swapped it out so there's something a bit better for the car. What color did you do for your roof?
