Tie rod question

So my 4wd wagon has some inner tie rod play and want to just replace the inners and outers now shopping on rock auto I noticed theres a listing for a 5.37 inch inner and also a 6.3 inch inner idk what I need exactly or if ones for 2wd and ones for 4wd thanks

I looked up on my old orders from rockauto and I have bought the moog 5.37 inner tie rods before. I've got an 84 t4wd.

Ok my car doesn't have power steering idk if that makes a difference I noticed it does for the outers but inners idk

Ah. My car has power steering. I would assume there would be a differnece there, just not entirely sure what that would be.

Inners are the same on all 4wds. I have both power steering and non power steering cars and used the same inners on both.

the inner rod end gets removed and replaced. the outer one includes the arm itself, so it is different length for power steering and non-power steering (I think the power rack is a bit larger so the tie rod length is shorter).

the steering shaft length is also different for power and non power racks, and there was a design change after '84 for crash safety. so you need to choose from four different types of steering shafts. but that does not affect the tie rod ends.
